Hi, I’m Vibin Thomas. I work at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue — currently based in Dubai.. Over the past 14 years, I’ve built, launched, and scaled products and services across industries—from fintech and hospitality to e-commerce and enterprise software. I thrive on solving complex challenges, whether defining a long-term vision for a startup or leading large-scale transformation programs at established organizations.
As founder at Staq.ai, I drove the vision for Staq Copilot—a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to simplify software selection and procurement for distributors and buyers. I also spearheaded Staq42, our consulting arm, guiding clients in fintech, manufacturing, and retail through digital restructuring projects that cut costs and sped up processes by up to 30%.
Before Staq.ai, I led global strategy and monetization at Adventus.io—scaling revenues nearly nine-fold—served as VP of Digital Products at JPMorgan Chase, and managed revenue and growth teams at OYO Hotels and Ola Cabs. Along the way, I’ve directed cross-functional teams across 24 countries, overseen P&Ls north of $50 million, and earned an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian School of Business.
I’m passionate about data-driven decision-making, practical AI applications, and customer-centric roadmaps. Defined and executed the product vision and roadmap for Staq Copilot and Staq42. Developed Staq42 as a dedicated services division. Acquired pipeline of tech distributor for a white labeled version of the SaaS solution. Directed a 15-member+ global team, driving sales operations, analytics, and strategy. Led key areas of the expansion and scaling to 24 countries. Developed business plans, OKRs, and forecasting models. Led the company-wide project to focus and grow exclusive University partnerships that drove a revenue turn-around. Established a centralized strategy and analytics team. Optimized reporting and use of revenue operations tools and platforms. Led EMEA expansion and achieved gross margin profitability in 6 months.

Led a product team within Wealth Management. Directed the development of workflow, AI analytics and task management products. Led key transformation projects across North America, Europe and Asia for functions such as Corporate Actions, Fixed Income Trading, KYC, Wealth Operations etc to name a few. Led a 15-20 member team overseeing strategy, pricing, discounting, marketing, customer acquisition and revenue operations. Spearheaded the revenue recovery post the 2020 pandemic lockdowns and led key areas of driving the business to profitability.
